Kansas City Dads At-home Daily -- K.C.D.A.D. -- was founded in 2002 to bring together stay at-home dads, their children and families in the Kansas City Metro Area. We have grown to over 60 families in the last 4 years with members in Johnson County, Midtown, and the Northland as well as in Kearney, Grain Valley, Columbia, and Leavenworth.
WHAT WE DO –
> Playgroups – Mondays and Fridays at 11am rotated around the KC Metro area.
> Dad’s Night Out – 2nd Thursday of each month usually at a restaurant near the KC Speedway.
> Family Get-togethers and special trips (i.e. Omaha Zoo, annual holiday party, family summer BBQ)
HOW TO JOIN -
Send a personal email . In your email, please let us know where you are located and feel free to share other details about yourself or your kid(s) (how many, ages, etc.). We’ll let you know about upcoming playgroup locations and the next Dad’s Night Out. After you have joined us for a playgroup or Dad’s Night Out, we'll be happy to add you to our email list!
