So I wanted to know if anyone could beat this record

Largest amount of laundry soiled in smallest amount of time-
Tavie Brown -3- Stomach Flu and a dinner of Spaghetti and meat balls (and apparently A LOT of Spaghetti)- 2 full sets of sheets and blankets and mattress pads, 3 pairs of PJs and 2 couch cushion covers, 1 daddy outfit, 2.5 loads of laundry, in the space of about 45 minutes.

Now as I was typing this out I realized that Buddy would go through 5 outfits a day due to spit up but I am talking more about sheer volume of laundry. So are there more Kid records out there? "Swear words said at Thanksgiving Dinner" is still open, as is "Largest Food Blast Radius left at a Resturant".

By the way Tavie is very much improved this morning.

db

P.S. And of course the time that all this happened? 2:45 am because kids seem unable to get really sick while the sun is out.

A different record...

I can't even begin to top that for grosses amount of laundry in a short period of time...

But I did to 15 loads of laundry yesterday...my personal top for a single day! I got behind before the convention and, apparently, never really caught up as well as I thought!

only one dad outfit?

I have been blessed with pretty healthy kids, but when they do get sick...WATCH OUT! I think I have washed at least 4 dad outfits in one day during a flu episode. Consider yourself lucky that it was the bed and couch who were targets, not you!

You got me beat

We have been dealing with vehement vomiting at our household as well. Two days ago, I managed to get our 2 yr old to the bathroom all 4 times where she mostly puked in the sink, but last night, she didn't make it and got puke EVERYWHERE! Only 1 load of laundry needed - and two showers.

When the comforter says "dry clean only" does it really mean it?

Also, does a finished load of laundry count when the clothes are clean or put away?
