I don't mean to sound harsh but...

Did you think it was going to be easy?!

You can't just say I don't want to do this anymore because it's hard, you're right, this is the hardest job and the most work you will ever do in your lifetime. But there is no comparison to the rewards you will get from it, this job isn't measured in a pay check in fact you may not see how much of an impact you've had until your children are grown and have their own children. Then you can look back and say that they are who they are in large part because of you, what you taught them, and what they learned from you.

I started off with twins being a first time dad and I can tell you that you can do it!

If you're feeling the way you are, you're not along, we have all been through it. I don't know where you are but try to find a local at-home dad group and start interacting. you can see a list of local groups on www.daddyshome.org, we got a pretty good size list of local groups. If you're able to make it to the convention this year in Washington DC, you should make the effort and meet other dads that know about how you feel, the convention site is at www.athomedadconvention.com

This community is here to support you in anyway we can, with thousands of members I can't even count how many cummulative years experience that is.

Good luck and don't give up!
