Weather-allowing I'm hoping to run along the lake path (with Charlotte just a step or two ahead of me) next Thursday, starting from Fullerton at around 8.30am.
CAUTION: With summer here it seems the distractions along the lake path are now more prolific than ever.

THIS IS AN UPDATE.
Lads,
Given the play date Cliff's organised at Foster Ave Beach, I'll be starting my run from Foster Avenue at 8.30am heading south along the lake path and, at some point, returning to the beach in ample time for our playgroup.
I sent an email out today to some of you mentioning a start time of 9am. Please note, I'll be leaving at 8.30am.

A two hour run? You'll definitely enjoy that cool lake water.
I will go on a short run starting about 9:45. If I see you on your return route, I'll turn around and join you. Otherwise, see you at the beach!

Hey Dads I would have loved to join you at Fullerton Ave. for the morning run. Unfortunately Foster Ave Beach is too far north for me. Can't get there and back in time for Paul to feast and nap :-(
So next week further south?
