The 16th Annual At-Home Dads Convention in Washington DC is only one month away! I hope you are making plans to attend because you will learn a lot and get the opportunity to meet other awesome at-home dads just like you.

Next year's convention will again be in DC but we are looking to award our next convention location for 2013 and 2014.

Here are the requirements:

- A strong local group available to handle the planning activities unique to the host city

- Low cost meeting space which will include one large room to accomodate approx. 100 plus 3 to 4 smaller rooms for break-out sessions

- Affordable hotel and travel costs

- Attend the Convention in DC this year or next year

- Host convention in both 2013 and 2014 (we keep costs lower and the planning is easier when the convention stays in the same location 2 years at a time)

We would love to go to the South since we have never been to that area of the U.S. yet, but we are willing to have the Convention anywhere there is a group of guys excited about hosting it.

If your group were chosen to host the Convention, you would not do it alone. We have a growing committee of guys with passion and experience who will help make it a success.
