cia started it....
Favorite superhero....does not have to be a cartoon.
Mine is Batman, no question. Second is Under Dog. Third is Super Grover.
More lighter side...

My favorite superhero has always been Superman. Next to him was Aquaman. I always wanted to be Superman when i grew up and when we played superheros on the playground at school when I was a kid, I was always Superman. Ahhhh...memories.

...and Spider-man. And Daredevil (I even have the Director's Cut of the Daredevil movie).
When I was about 5, someone got me a book with 50 years worth of Batman comics, from his first appearance up to the 70s. Then, my aunt got me a series of Pocket Books that had reprints of Spider-Man, The Hulk, Captain America and The Fantastic Four in them. Soon after, I was buying up everything my allowance would allow for...

No question about it. I have been a Spider-Man nut as long as I can remember. If you ever want to read any Spider-Man comics, I have almost every single Spider-Man comic ever printed in digital format.

DC- Batman, hands down. The only DC comic worth reading.
Marvel- Punisher, Frank Castle is the baddest mo-fo on the planet.
I always liked my "super heroes" to not be "super heroes." Characters with shades of gray were always more interesting. That and they're mortal, so none of that wimpy invincibility crap.
Honorable mention- Iron Man and Wolverine

D.C.- Flash and The Green Lantern
Marvel- Gambit and Wolverine
Image- Prophet ( he was only around for a breif time )
Woman- She Hulk, Psylocke and the absolute Hottest is Lady Death
I know it's more than one but what can I say. So many comics so little time.

You really think they trump the man who not only played Colonel Mike Kirby and US Marshall J.D. Cahill, but also played the immortal Rooster Cogburn? Dude, I'm packing the Duke.

You take the combination of Eastwood and Bronson
Eastwood
Blondie- The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
Pvt. Kelly- Kelly's heroes
Philo Beddoe - Any which way movies
Preacher - Pale Rider
and of course the Dirty Harry Movies
and Bronson
Bernardo O'Reily - Magnificent Seven
Joseph Wladislaw - Dirty Dozen
and of course the Deathwish Movies
(he also raised a lot of money for the John Wayne Cancer Institute)
that makes it a little more even race, now this is also counting both of them together, alone... as much as I like Eastwood, come on it's the DUKE!!

This type of transgression is unforgivable. "Bow down before Zod?"
"KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!"
General Zod would not be amused, but he's got my vote:

Superman (1978)
"Jor-El, take it! Join us!... You will bow down before me, Jor-El. I swear it, no matter that it takes an eternity! You will bow down before me! Both you and then one day your heirs! "
