Ingredients
- 6 c whole wheat flour
- 2 c dry milk (powdered)
- 6 T baking powder
- 6 T Sugar
- 2 T salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c water
- 2 T vegetable oil
Instructions

Notes
Variations:
Add up to 1 Tbsp cinnamon to mix.
If all whole wheat is too heavy, substitute any combination of white flour.
Applesauce Waffles: Replace up to half the water with applesauce. (You may have to add a little water back to get the right consistency.
Pumpkin Waffles: Reduce Water by 1/4 cup, and add 1/2 cup canned pumpkin. (You may have to adjust the water to get the right consistency--I just add enough to get the right consistency)
