Hi,
I'm new to the site. I'm a work from home dad with two sons, Reid age 3 and Ben age 2. I live in Orange County and have a pretty fun weekly schedule for my boys. I'm hoping to get good information from this site.

Welcome to the site

as I've said elsewhere: the new guy buys the first round.

It didn't seem to work then, however. Maybe this time I'll be luckier.

First Round

Hi,
I'd buy a few if we're closer geographically. So, you backpack? Any good spots?

Paul

Hey

Hey Randy,
Good quote. I like Tecate, too. Only, I like mine in Baja after a nice long surf session...

By popular demand.

Wine, but only if Dayv likes you. Or, wine coolers, but only if dkremers likes you. If BPD likes you, then you have to buy his rounds (drinks, that is, not bullets). No pun intended.

Ha!

It's true. If I like someone, I feel compelled to let them buy me drinks.

Well, I don't know really

Mostly I just put my daughter in the backpack and we go places. I'm not the "backpack around Europe" guy; I'm the "never wants to push a stroller" guy.

San Francisco is really fun to carry a baby around, though. And it has some great visuals.

guitar

Hey,
I play mostly blues, reggae rhythms and acoustic ballads. However, lately, I've been mastering Laurie Berkner, abc song, hokey pokey, wheels on the bus, etc. I actually have a pretty sweet playlist and have been playing at my son's storytime at the Laguna Beach library. How about you?

Thanks great...

Cool, perhaps even the next Jim Gill in the making. There usually are gigs to be had doing children's stuff, glad to hear you're into it. I pretty much play blues, rock and metal on limited time of course. Definitely going to have to start learning the kids stuff.
