Description
This is a rendition of a classic recipe that the kids love.
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cn cream of...soup
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 pk tater tots
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 pk (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 ct (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 ct (6 oz) french-fried onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop onion into small pieces. Line 9x13 pan with Tater Tots. Brown ground beef in skillet with onion. Mix all ingredients together except for French-fried onions (including ground beef). Pour mixture over Tater Tots. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle French-fried onions over top. Return to oven and bake for 15 more minutes.
