hi , my name is Ulysses and I am from the Fresno CA. I have been home for about 2 years now with my children Kaylynn who will be 4 June 18th and Dylan who is 2. We stay busy but are looking for new ideas to have a fun summer. We are getting bored of the same routine of park, zoo, and mall. Any ideas to stay busy?

On top of finding a Dad's group or starting one yourself, a lot of libraries and even some bookstores have story times a couple of times a week. Now of course this is anecdotal but my school age kids have gotten lots of complements from their teachers about how well they focus, and I attribute, at least to a small degree, to going to story time weekly, and using that to train them that there is a time to sit down and pay attention. It helps that we have some very good readers out here. Have fun!!

It sounds like you like getting out and doing things - have you ever heard of GeoCaching? www.GeoCaching.com - Your oldest at 4 is ripe to start playing the game.
For those who don't know, GeoCaching is basically a high tech treasure hunt - using a GPS, you seek out hidden caches in the woods, urban areas and the like. You can find kid-friendly ones or those that require rappelling equipment - and everything in between.
My kids LOVE Caching with me and have been doing it for a long time. Josh found his first when he was 3 and Sam found his first when he was 6 months old. If you like getting out and about, this is for you! Check out my profile on GC.com for my info.

Geocaching sounds cool. I have read up on it and am probably going to give it a shot.
Other than Summer School (mostly cooking and art classes) my kids will be going mostly to the YMCA, library, and museums. For the most part, though, they will be playing in our backyard. I was always taught that "boredom makes the most creative kids."
Some simpler and cheaper things, though, include regular walks in the park. We are going to take plastic bags with us to pick up (non-gross) trash on the way. We also used to have a huge tree in the neighborhood that we would always bike over to and stop off for a climb. I guess it was diseased, because it's gone now. My kids are actually really crushed about that.
Other than that, maybe I will teach them how to egg cars and spraypaint graffiti. That should keep 'em out of trouble. Oh... wait a minute....
