Hi, Everyone:

New SAHD here --my wife just went back full-time today and, after being laid off in early March, I'm SAHD-ing until further notice.

Just wanted to introduce myself. Look forward to the possibility of meeting some of you soon.

Cheers--

Welcome to the club

Hi Paxton,
Congrats on being a new SAHD. I think you will enjoy it. The first month or so might be a little boring. You have a 4 month old so you're going to have alot of down time when she's napping. I suggest that you find some types of activities or hobbies to keep you busy otherwise you'll go bonkers. My first few months were hard especially when the weather was bad. Living in NoVA, I started to take small little trips just to keep things interesting and to check out the sites. It makes the time go by faster. Before you know it, the wife will be home.

Make the most out of life...you only have one![b][i]
