I think I found this place about 6 months ago or so. I love it! My wife always laughs at me that I am checking the current threads, but then she pushes me aside so she can read. She is a closet AHD reader.

I want to thank those who put this together. I post quite a bit, and hope it is not too much. I have never met one of you, but feel like I know many. The advice has been great. I find topics I never thought about that are very beneficial.

I agree

I have to agree that this site is pretty awesome. I am hoping that you Mr. Dad will do everything within your power (as well as the rest of the members here) to make it to Sacramento to the 13th Annual At Home Dads Convention. It is another way to learn things, share stores with others and just the commrodery of being a SAHD. Don't forget to check out the convention website that is tied into the board here. If you are able to work it out to be in Sacramento early enough on Friday, I have put together an amazing wine tour of the Amador County California vineyards via limo bus. Look forward to seeing the dads that I met at the 11th annual convention and meeting some of the other dads that are able to make the trip.

Hey guys-
Just want to repeat the "thank you" to everyone for the fact that this site exists and also to everyone for posting and keeping it current and active! I'm a SAHD to Lexi (4.5) and Gideon (2) with about 2 years of career service :).
