Where to find clear plastic nose guard (Hamilton Shield)?

My brother just broke his nose, and asked me to try to find a clear plastic nose guard for him (like the Hamilton shield worn in the NBA). The only ones I can find have big foam pieces over the temple and sinuses...is there anywhere you can just get the clear plastic ones?

As I know nothing about sports or sport-related equipment, I thought I'd turn it over to the bastion of testosterone that is the AHD lair.

I could be wrong but...

I'm pretty certain that most of the clear acrylic shields are custom made and cannot be store bought. You could get creative with a Home Depot and a heat gun though.

I would contact a local sports rehab clinic or an ortho doc.

The one Rip Hamilton wears is custom made and cost several thousand dollars if not I believe up to ten thousand dollars. Better start saving for the one he has. The generic ones are well....generic and probably make you look more dorky then it does protect you.
