Thursday Night at Convention

Has it ever been decided for sure what is happening on Thursday night? The registration says a restaurant, but it seems to me that there was also talk about go cart racing. What is actually happening?

I think go-carts will be during the day and a restaurant at night. Or we all can get drunk and then ride the go-carts.
