Hey all!

Well, I checked out the Chicago area stay at home dads group about a year ago, but I thought that my son Logan might be a little young to really participate in anything. I think that board has merged with this one. Anyway, It's definitely going to be a long cold winter so I thought I would try to get involved around here, say hello to everybody (local and non local!).

Here's a little background on us. My wife and I moved to Chicago about two and a half years ago for her career. I was going to finish school and work part time, while she started her new job. We found out a week later that we were expecting. Fast forward, and here we are with an amazing son, and we are still adjusting to the city life. We are in the Andersonville area, and are doing the "Mygym" and "Wiggleworms", but we hope to add a third activity for the long winter. On the lighter side of things, I'm a big scifi, comic, collector, vidgame geek. I figure that this will make me the "cool dad" until he's about 13, lol.
