Reading the post and reply by SugarMamasBoy at http://www.athomedad.org/node/3408 got me to thinking, what a great thread idea.

Drumroll please…

How about a thread on What’s your theme song in your life as an At Home Dad?

To kick it off, mine is below.
Not necessarily the story of the song so much as the title. I am now rewinding real slow now my son is in school 3/4 of the day after 5 years of living in Fast Forward. You know the feeling as the days drag on, then all of a sudden where’d they go all of a sudden?

I wish I could

This song is about a Dad and little girl,,,,, but to me it's my kids.

It's this frame of mind that convinced me I needed to be a SAHD

Never Thought About It Either

Ditto on the great choice BC!

I enjoyed the song "If I Could" that Mike submitted. Never heard of it before.

For Pastor Bowling Shirt & my favorite fat divorcee John Hagee

How about "Hell in a Bucket" by the Grateful Dead?

"....I may be goin' to hell in a bucket baby, but at least I'm enjoying the ride"

"You must really consider the circus, cuz it just might be your kind of zoo
I can't think of a place that's more perfect, for a person as perfect as you"

Making it look difficult. Living the dream.
