My wife was out of town a lot this week, so I was left completely in charge of my son.  We had some great father-son bonding time.  I find as he's getting older (and sleeping through the night), taking care of him by myself is much easier.  His "chores" are usually split b/w my wife and me.  So, when I go solo, it's just a lot of work to do (cleaning bottles, doing dishes, packing his bag, packing his food, etc... - all while trying to play with him.).

On anothe note, My wife went to DC to see Obama. She said it was a very moving experience.  Even though there were close to 4 million people, she said everyone was polite and upbeat.  Maybe it will have a carry-over effect on our country!
