Boy vs. pants

My 2 year old son does not like to keep his pants on. Fortunately he has yet to paint me a pooh mural during naptime, but my luck is bound to run out. Currently we put his sister's swimsuit bottom on over his clothes for naps and bedtime. It is a tight fit and difficult for him to get out of, but his ingenuity suggests that this will not last for long. Any other suggestions?

Duct tape? Overalls?

I've heard from a couple dads who have used duct tape to keep their kids' pants cinched (I think it may have even been on this site)

Perhaps overalls would be another idea?
