I took parental leave for our baby because it was the right thing to do in our situation. I was under-employed, and my wife is a student. Hopefully her education will lead to better employemnt for her as well. The parental leave time is set to expire at the same time as her schooling is finshed, in 3 weeks. I have recently found put that the company I worked for has lost their contract, and in effect no longer exists. So I am now unemployed. I have 2 questions, do I have any rights by either company here? (I think I am likely out of luck). And also, how do I include my parental leave on my resume as I seek my next employer?
