5887 N. Ridge Ave (though the park is more easily accessed via Elmdale St. going east from Clark Street)

This is a small neighborhood park but recently renovated with soft surface playground area and a water spray area. There's street parking all around the park and neighboring streets, and meters on Clark St. There are restroom facilities across the street in a church and lots of shade trees around the park.
