cook instant potatoes and stuffing according to box directions, adding any seasoning you wish (i usually add in garlic salt), and brown the sausage in a skillet like you're getting it ready for a hamburger helper meal. you want small crumbles, and it all completely cooked through. optionally, you can drain the grease off the sausage or leave it in. mix all three into a large pot while still hot, and serve.
