Description
Great & tasty 30 minute casserole!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cn tomato soup
- 1 c salsa
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 8 corn tortillas cut into 1 inch pieces or corn chips
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 taco seasoning mix
- 1 cn olives chopped if preferred
- 1 cn corn optional
- 1 cn beans, black or kidney if preferred
Instructions
Brown meat. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, seasoning mix, olives, corn, beans and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix. Pour into a baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
