Disneyland and Disney California Adventure

Disney has a website.  Very cool. Has games.  You can request their DVD and watch what the park has to offer.  4-6 weeks for the DVD.  Very cool, great to watch with the kids on a weekend night, or anytime.  Highly recommend the DVD even if you never visit, or cannot afford right now to visit.

Somewhere close:)

I would choose somewhere close.  No matter what the destination is like if getting there and getting home sucks you will not like it.  We like somewhere with water for the kids to play in.  We let them choose some toys to take with them.  It is also very nice to have a separate bedroom they can nap/sleep in while you and the Mrs. are in the living area.  We also bring a white noise maker for their room.

Good luck,

Al

Go Camping!

My wife and I take our 4 kids camping every summer.  We have since our twins were 10 months old and with our other 2 kids when they were 7 months and 6 months.  Find a nice campground that is kid friendly with lots to do, like hiking trails, a beach, playground.  We love rustic camping in tents and have spent many weekend in the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore along Lake Superior in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan.

The memories the kids make from cooking hotdogs over the fire or making Smores at night time will be priceless.

I concur with camping

We have a GREAT time tent camping with our three year old Triplets!  But you do need to hit the sweet spot of weather.   Not too hot, not too cold, not rainy:)

Have fun,

Al
