Tricycle suggestions?

We want to buy our daughter a trike for her birthday and were looking at the Radio Flyer Deluxe Steer and Stroll.  Seemed great.  Parent can steer with attached bar until the kid's ready to pedal but I've seen VERY mixed reviews which make me nervous.

Any suggestions for a parent pushed trike?  My kid's too little to reach pedals but wants a trike SO bad!
