The DNO is tomorrow night (11/29) at 8PM. We'll head to one of my favorite establishments called The Buccaneer. "The Buc", as the Sierra Madre locals like to call it, is one block west of the intersection of Baldwin and Sierra Madre Boulevard in Sierra Madre.
If you don't make it, you'll miss out on great conversation and some of the finest pirate artwork this side of the Mississippi river. Also, we'll try another night for the comedy club and Dave's suggestion the Verdugo Bar. My wife often has to work late so I'll be lucky to leave the house by 7:55.

Monday, November 29 from 2-4PM
We will be meeting at Sierra Vista Park playground this week from 2-4PM. It's at 611 E. Sierra Madre Blvd in the town of Sierra Madre. The playground is located next to the Recreation Center and Pool. The playground has swings, slides, shade, bathrooms, water fountains and lots of green space.
BEWARE: For some reason, Google Maps will send you a couple blocks north of the park. You should enter the park off of Sierra Madre Blvd. To get there from the 210, take Baldwin north and take a right (or east) on Sierra Madre Boulevard. Go down a hill, past a cemetery and then you'll see the large parking lot on the left. Also make sure that you are on Sierra Madre Blvd. and NOT Sierra Madre Villa. Confusing, isn't it?
Wednesday, November 31 from 9:30-12
Wednesday morning we're headed to Victory Park in Pasadena near Pasadena High School. The park is located north of the 210 freeway between Sierra Madre and Altadena Drive on Paloma St. The official address is 2575 Paloma St., Pasadena, CA 91107.
This park has indoor bathrooms, picnic tables, a sandbox, infant and regular swings, and playsets for all ages. There is also a huge, grassy field next to the park which is great for running and playing ball.
