Description

Easy, healthy, delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lb polenta
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 T basil
  • 1⁄4 lb cheese or extra firm tofu
  • 2 T organic tomato/basil souce

Instructions

Preheat over to 450 F
Make a round base of Polenta with some olive oil. Add the tomato/basil souce
Put the tomatoes in slices, chopped basil leaves and ground cheese/tofu forming a nice pizza-like decoration.
Finally put it in the oven for 12 to 15 min,
Serve and enjoy

If you need, add some corn to the decoration
Add some slices of avocado before serving to make it more tasty.

Notes

It can be a Vegan if using only Tofu. My kid loves this pizza.
