Way better than that store-bought stuff, in my humble opinion.
Preheat oven to 300. Combine all ingredients on a large (and preferably deep) cookie sheet. (A Jelly-Roll Pan or Deep-Dish Pizza Pan works great.) Stir until well combined. Toast in Oven for 50-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Raisins or other dried fruit (cranberries, cherries) can be added afterwards and taste great. I often play around with some combination of Wheat Germ and Flax Seed. I usually make a double batch on two cookie sheets lined with aluminum foil, sprayed with non-stick spray. Then I can use the foil to funnel the toasted granola into a large storage container.
