Description

Great & tasty 30 minute casserole!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cn tomato soup
  • 1 c salsa
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 8 corn tortillas cut into 1 inch pieces or corn chips
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cn olives chopped if preferred
  • 1 cn corn optional
  • 1 cn beans, black or kidney if preferred

Instructions

Brown meat. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, seasoning mix, olives, corn, beans and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix. Pour into a baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
