    <directions>1) Peel avacodoes, chop tomatoes and onions, 
2) Dump it all in a mixing bowl.
3) Add seasonings (all the other stuff)
4) Mash together with a fork. Try to NOT puree it.
5) Taste  to make sure it’s not too salty or garlicy (hahaha!) But you’re not done.
6) Let sit in fridge for an hour or so to blend. But you’re not done.
7) Taste again to see if you need to add anymore seasoning. Now you’re done.
