Line 9x13 pan with Tater Tots. Brown ground beef in skillet with onion. Mix all ingredients together except for French-fried onions (including ground beef). Pour mixture over Tater Tots. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle French-fried onions over top. Return to oven and bake for 15 more minutes.
