I started this group as a forum for SAHD's to meet. I have been a stay at home dad since June. I am looking to provide a place for SAHD's in Northwest Ohio to connect, share stories, get together, have kids play, and whatever else you guys want to do. It's just a place to meet and exchange ideas and what ever you want the group to be.
I've got a 6th month old who loves riding facing forward in the Bjorn; but now he's getting to the size where he can kick me in the crotch. I'd like to find a solution short of having to wear a cup. Any suggestions? Like say a baby bjorn cod peice or a tiny catcher's chest protetor to hang off of the bottom of the bjorn?

I've been a sahd since 1998. My kids are now 13 and 15. I worked full time in 2007, then left that job to work part-time for 3 years because the full-time schedule really disrupted our family's life. I was laid off last summer and have had a really hard time getting back into it. I tried to stay busy while at-home...I even ran a bike shop out of my house. A new active group for SAHDs and SAHMs. Play groups, meet ups, advice, questions, and whatever else may come up. From what I can tell, there are a few none active groups in the NE Ohio area. Well for me I am new to the area, know no one. So I need a good active group. So thats why I started this one.
