Your use of this website constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Daddyshome, Inc - The National At-Home Dad Network (hereafter referred to as "Daddyshome") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that administers and maintains this website, AtHomeDad.org (hereafter referred to as "this Site" or "our Site" ), as a courtesy to you and others who may choose to access it.  Your use of the site is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, and also subject to more specific restrictions that may apply to specific material within the Site. U.S. and foreign copyright laws protect the content on this Site. You are allowed to view, use, download and distribute to others in unmodified form, without charge, content that appears on this Site provided that you give attribution to the site ("AtHomeDad.org") or its source, as appropriate.   You may not copy, download, store or distribute any content on this site for any commercial purpose.

2. When posting content on the site, you agree to abide by any posting guidelines presented on the site.    In addition to those general guidelines, you specifically agree to not post commercial solicitations intended to benefit you or an organization you are affiliated with.   This includes, but is not limited to, advertising for or linking to other websites for the purpose of financial gain or publicity, solicitations for interviewees or participants in media productions, offers to participate in business opportunities or multi-level marketing organizations, links associated with affiliate marketing programs, and similar requests.   This restriction applies regardless of whether the solicitation or link is direct or is obfuscated within other content. You agree to pay Daddyshome an advertising fee of $1,000 (one thousand dollars) plus any collection costs, legal fees, staff expenses, and all other related costs for each commercial solicitation you post that does not meet these guidelines.    The provisions of this section shall not apply to legitimate discussion of commercial entities or related topics, provided that the discussion is undertaken without any intention of commercial gain by the individual making the post.  

3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the opinions expressed in the materials in this Site are those of the various authors of the work and are not necessarily those of Daddyshome.  Daddyshome retains the right, but not an obligation, to delete, revise, or otherwise edit any material posted on the site for any reason whatsoever.

Materials provided on this Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You may not, in any way, use the site as a means of sending unsolicited commercial messages to its members or visitors.  You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site or organization.    Should you breach this provision, you agree to reimburse Daddyshome in full for any and all costs and losses related to investigating and resolving the issues including, but not limited to, legal fees, forensic investigation, staff time, lost customers, incidental expenses and any other damages or losses suffered by Daddyshome as a result of your breach of this provision.   Nothing in the foregoing shall limit the remedies available to Daddyshome, and Daddyshome retains the right to seek any other penalties or other remedies available under the law.

7. This Site may contain opinions and statements of various information providers and content providers. Daddyshome does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information provided by any information provider or content provider, or any user of this Site or other person or entity.  Reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, or other information shall also be at the User's risk. The linked sites are not under the control of Daddyshome and Daddyshome is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.  Daddyshome provides these links as a public service, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site.

10. This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal courts located in the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.

11. Daddyshome reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any materials in any respect. Daddyshome shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

12. Daddyshome reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any User access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.

13. No waiver by Daddyshome of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in a writing signed by its duly authorized representative.

14.  These terms, together with the site's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Daddyshome and you with regard to the use of this Site.  Any changes to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Daddyshome.
